Administrators Working for Change

Education Development Center, working in collaboration with four pilot-test sites in the Boston (Massachusetts) area and field test sites in other parts of the country, is developing instructional materials and facilitators’ guides to support school and district administrators’ learning about critical issues in mathematics education reform. These materials will provide administrators with the knowledge and tools they need to support teachers who are implementing innovative mathematics curricula and to help their schools, districts, and communities understand mathematics education reform.

For information about future field tests, contact Michael Foster, EDC, 55 Chapel Street, Newton, MA 02158; (617) 969-7100; mfoster@edc.org.
