States, districts, and schools who are effectively using Survey of Enacted Curriculum data to help low performing schools, have found greater success when schools have previously worked with their local student learning data to identify student learning problems. In that context, Survey of Enacted Curriculum data fills a vital need to shed light on causal factors affecting teaching and learning.

UDP is designed to develop skilled data facilitators and creates high functioning school-based data teams who use data continuously to reveal student learning problems, conduct causal analysis, generate solutions and develop monitoring plans for interventions.
